We are encouraging patients to register for access to online services so that they can book GP appointments, request repeat medication, and access their medical record online through their phone or computer. This gives patients more control over their own healthcare as well as having benefits for the practice such as keeping the phone lines less busy for the reception and dispensary teams. If you would like help in getting set up for your online account or are struggling to log in, come along to our clinic to receive help and ask any questions.
Our Online Access Clinic is run by our Care Coordinator on a Friday from 2pm here at Yetminster Health Centre, please call reception and ask to be booked into a slot.
