At times it may be necessary for you to be referred to another doctor or a hospital.
The doctor here will be able to use the Choice & Book (e-rs) system and you will be given a letter with the information you need to make your appointment with the secondary care clinicians at a time you find convenient.
You may have a copy of the referral letter if you so wish.
