Please note we can only issue 28 days of medication to patients.
You may order any repeat medications via this web site or via the NHS App. To be able to access this facility you will need to have an individual access and ID code. Please contact Reception who will be able to issue you with this.
Patients on repeat prescriptions will be asked to make an appointment with the Pharmacist at regular intervals for a medication review.
Repeat prescriptions will be taken for collection to Evershot Village Shop and Halstock Village Shop on Mondays and Thursdays. If you pay for your prescription you will be asked to pay the prescription charge when you order your prescription. Please give the same 3 days notice as outlined above.
Our phone lines are available for patients who do NOT have access to online services between 9.30am and 11.30am. Please give your name, address and a list of the items you need. We require a minimum of 3 days for all repeat prescriptions.
Returning Waste Medication
We can accept out of date and unused medication for safe disposal. Please do not accumulate unwanted medications at home.
Obtaining Medication Out Of Hours
If you need an urgent supply of medication when the surgery is closed please contact NHS 111 on 111.
