Please note we can only issue 28 days of medication to patients.
You may order any repeat medications via this web site or via the NHS App. To be able to access this facility you will need to have an individual access and ID code. Please contact Reception who will be able to issue you with this.
Patients on repeat prescriptions will be asked to make an appointment with the Pharmacist at regular intervals for a medication review.
Repeat prescriptions will be taken for collection to Evershot Village Shop and Halstock Village Shop on Mondays and Thursdays. If you pay for your prescription you will be asked to pay the prescription charge when you order your prescription. Please give 3 working days notice as outlined above.
Our phone lines are available for patients who do NOT have access to online services between 9am and 10am. Please give your name, address and a list of the items you need. We require a minimum of 3 working days for all repeat prescriptions.
From 8th January 2025 the Dispensary phone lines will only be switched on between 9am and 10am, Monday to Friday for vulnerable patients who do not have access to the internet or are unable to use a smartphone.
All prescription requests should be ordered via online services such as the NHS App or System1 online. Our Care Coordinator Alicia is available to help patients who are not confident setting up and using online services. Contact reception at yetminster.reception@nhs.net with the heading ‘online services help’ and she will be in touch with you.
Returning Waste Medication
We can accept out of date and unused medication for safe disposal. Please do not accumulate unwanted medications at home – only order what you need.
Obtaining Medication Out Of Hours
If you need an urgent supply of medication when the surgery is closed please contact NHS 111 on 111.
