The Dispensary Team will continue to have your prescription ready to collect a full 3 working days after ordering, not including weekends and you will receive a text when your medication is ready to collect.

PLEASE note due to local guidelines we can only issue 28 days of medication to each patient.

The dispensary is open at the following times:

Monday – Friday
9am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm – (we are closed between 1pm and 2pm)

Telephone 01935 872530 – 9am to 10am

The Health Centre has its own Dispensary manned by trained Dispensers and GPHC Registered Technicians. We can dispense acute and repeat prescriptions for all patients who live more than one mile (1.6 km) from a pharmacy. It is a requirement of the Health Authority, that in some cases, the patient or their representative when collecting items completes the back of the prescription. Please do this if requested by the staff.

Please note that we do not currently offer an individual delivery service.

For any queries regarding medication please call 01935 872530. The Dispenser will liaise with the patient’s own doctor where necessary.

We understand you may occasionally run out of your medication and may need your medication urgently, please let the Dispenser know at the time of ordering and they can advise you how we can help or if the Surgery is closed you can pop into your local pharmacy with evidence of your medication (a repeat slip or your box of medicine) who may charge you for a few days supply of your medication.  Alternatively you can ring 111 and they will arrange a prescription with your local Pharmacy.
