From 2025, the Dispensary phone lines will be available from 9am to 10am, Monday to Friday, for patients who are unable to use online services to request repeat prescriptions. Patients may also leave their repeat slips in the black box outside the Surgery if needed.
However, ordering medications online is safer and more secure. Please speak to Reception for a registration form for online access. If you experience any difficulties getting online, our Care Coordinator, Alicia, is available to help.
With online access, you can request repeat prescriptions through the NHS App (if you use a smartphone) or via SystmOnline on a desktop computer or smartphone.
The Dispensary Hatch will be open 9am–1pm and 2pm–6pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that prescriptions cannot be ordered or collected in person while the Hatch is closed.
